1. General Provisions
As a virtual service provider, our products become available and incur costs immediately upon purchase (especially token-based features involving real-time LLM API costs). This policy clearly defines which situations qualify for a refund, how to apply, and processing timelines.
2. Refund-Eligible Situations
We agree to a full or proportional refund in the following situations:
- Service Outage: If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to a platform technical failure, we refund the unused portion
- Duplicate Charge: If you are charged multiple times due to a system error, the excess amount will be fully refunded
- Subscription Not Activated: If you have not used any member-exclusive features (including AI coach conversations, skill pack practice, codex generation, etc.) within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund
- Unused Recharge Balance: Theunused portionof your account recharge can be refunded within 30 days, minus the payment gateway fees incurred (approximately 0.6%)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not refund in the following situations:
- Consumed Tokens / Compute Credits: Each AI conversation, codex generation, or skill pack practice involves real-time LLM API costs that cannot be recovered once consumed
- Requesting cancellation of the current subscription period after already using member features
- Account frozen/banned due to violation of the Terms of Service
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "don't like the content" or "can't learn it"), but the service functions normally
- Promotional or limited-time discounted products (unless otherwise stated)
4. Refund Application Process

- Please include in the email body:
- Registered email / User ID
- Order number / Payment time / Amount
- Refund reason + relevant screenshots
- We will reply with the processing result within 3 business days
- After approval, refunds are returned via the original WeChat Pay method, typically arriving within 3-7 calendar days
5. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the result, you may request a review within 7 business days of receiving our response. If the review still does not resolve the issue, you may pursue the following channels:
- File a complaint with the local consumer protection association
- Initiate a payment dispute through the WeChat Pay platform
- File a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over our registered location
